From March 15 to 20, 2025, TEFAF will once again take place at MECC Maastricht! We offer a unique ambiance to conduct business in a relaxed setting, maintain existing relationships, and establish new connections.
Suite Silver
- € 1,050 – rate per half-day session (4 hours)
- Suitable for up to 40 people
- Indoor suite just 80 meters from the exhibition floor
- Optional: Projection & audio: + € 350 (screen, sound system with 2 speakers, 1 handheld microphone, and light spots).
Suite Gold
- € 1650 – rate per day (8 hours)
- Suitable for up to 40 people
- Indoor suite just 80 meters from the exhibition floor
- Optional: projection & audio + € 350 (screen, soundsystem with 2 speakers, 1 handheld microphone and lightspots)
- Our TEFAF Suites are located close to the exhibition floor, so that your guests experience the atmosphere of the exhibition, but there is also sufficient space for optimal privacy.
- We offer various options in the field of culinary interpretation, such as a Limburg coffee reception with luxury flan, a high tea, luxury drink or an extensive lunch or an exclusive dinner.
- Of course we can provide entrance tickets for the fair and, if desired, we are happy to arrange a tour of the exhibition floor.
- Combine the meeting with the versatility that Maastricht has to offer as a city. Extend the visit with an overnight stay in one of the many fine hotels in the city. Our colleagues from MECC Hotel Services are happy to help you make reservations for your guests.
- Our shuttle service provides transport to and from the various airports, MECC Maastricht and possibly. the hotel.
