MECC Hotel Services is our in-house booking agency for reserving hotel rooms in Maastricht and the surrounding region. Thanks to our long-standing partnerships with local hotels, we can help ensure room availability, manage hotel bookings, and arrange transportation for participants.
Based on the visitor profile, we tailor the catering for your event to perfection. To further ease your mind, our project manager will coordinate the collaboration with our catering partners. Vermaat Group, our in-house caterer, is one of the catering providers that will proactively work with you to meet your needs.
As a “one-stop service point,” we provide complete support for your exhibitors during the trade show preparations. We offer a full-service package with products and services that can be easily and quickly ordered through a user-friendly webshop in the event’s branding style.
